The Latest:

•Tickets are now on sale for the New York premiere of Engaging Shaw at Abingdon Theatre (312 W. 36th Street).  The show opens April 9, starring Claire Warden, Warren Kelley, Jamee Vance and Marc Geller.  Jackob G. Hofmann will direct.  As you can tell, I love the clever poster they created for the production.  You can become a fan of the production on Facebook.

Absolute Amy will be read at Amnesty International’s Human Rights Arts Festival in Silver Spring, Maryland on April 24 at 1:00.  We’ll be at Jackie’s Restaurant (8081 Georgia Avenue).  Catherine Aselford directs.  This may be the only time the play is presented publicly.

•Calliope Arts & Theatre LLC will produce A Thing For Redheads as part of the 2010 Capital Fringe Festival.  Juliana Avery is the director, and Lori Boyd, Charlene V. Smith, Ian Blackwell Rogers, and Jim Gagne make up the cast.  Leon Levenson is the producer.  Dates, times & venue TBA.

•Be sure to check out YarnAudioWorks.  They recently recorded my retelling of the “Al Pacino Story.”

•The DVD of The Matchmaker’s Guide to Controlling the Elements is now available in the store.  It’s fun!  It’s cute!  It’s insanely inexpensive!  Give your friends and loved ones something cheap this year.
